Pool Closed Saturday Morning for Swim Meet

This weekend on Saturday, July 26th, the Wellington Dolphins will host a Divisional Swim Meet at the community pool. The pool will be unavailable for public swimming until 2pm.

Come join us for National Night Out!

Please join your fellow Neighborhood Watch members, Wellington Residents, and area law enforcement on Saturday evening, August 2, 2008 at 6pm at the Community Center for an hour “WALK” of the Neighborhood. EVERYONE, PLEASE COME.

Please note that this is the same evening of the Adult Sip n’Dip which starts at 7pm (PLEASE REMEMBER TO RSVP). This gives us time for a short “briefing” and 45 minute-hour walk of the neighborhood… before the party :)

This is our first year participating in “National Night Out”.

Our event will be held to celebrate National Night Out – an annual event designed to strengthen our communities by encouraging neighborhoods to engage in stronger relationships with each other and with their local law enforcement partners. The goal is to heighten crime-prevention awareness, build support and participation in local anti-crime programs and most importantly, send a message that our neighborhoods are organized and fighting back. It’s also the perfect opportunity to get to know your neighbors even better. See you there!
