After careful consideration and planning, the Wellington Board of Directors has approved much needed repair and repaving of Section 11 (Calypso Drive, Veridan Drive and Chervil Court). The Community Managers are in the process of coordinating scheduled times for concrete & sidewalk repair and for the milling, paving and painting of the selected areas.
This paving project will be performed over the summer months so as not to interfere with school bus traffic through the area. The work should take around 5 days to complete. The exact dates have not yet been selected. As soon as dates are fixed and plans have been finalized for parking arrangements, we will let affected residents know.
As the summer is vacation time for many residents, we wanted to let you know ahead of time that work is pending work so you can make arrangement to have your vehicles removed from the affected parking areas. Vehicles left in the parking areas during the time of the paving work will be towed at the owner’s expense.
