Assessment Payments Wellington Community Association and Wellington Condo Association homeowners are assessed a monthly fee. This fee is used to maintain the common areas, property and facilities. Payment booklets and direct debit forms are available through Legum & Norman. Assessment payments are due by the 1st of each month. Payments received after the 10th day of each month will be considered delinquent and incur a $10.00 late fee for every month overdue. Payment rates for 2007 are as follows: · $39.61 for single family homes and condominium units · $58.87 for town homes · $60.21 for town homes with street lights. In addition to the assessment for the Wellington Community Association as noted above, the Wellington Condominium residents must also pay their Wellington Condominium assessment  with their assessment coupon.  Administrative Resolution No. 1, "Procedures Relative to Assessments" (rev 10/99) Payments are processed through Legum & Norman and are not accepted at the onsite office.  Further information regarding payment options and services, is available at Legum & Norman (703-600-6000). Payment booklets are automatically ordered prior to the beginning of the fiscal year and sent to each member.  If you do not receive a payment book or have lost it, you must contact the corporate office for replacement.
