Assessment Payments
Wellington Community Association assesses a fee to all homeowners. This fee
is used to maintain the property and its facilities. Assessment payments are
due on the first of every month. Payments not received and date stamped by
the 10th will be considered delinquent and homeowners charged a $10.00 late
fee for each month that an account balance remains outstanding.
Direct debit
is also available for your convenience. Please contact the corporate office
for the appropriate form. Payments may not be made at the on-site office.
Payments for 2006 are:
· $39.61 for single family homes and condominium units
· $58.87 for town homes
· $60.21 for town homes with street lights.
In addition to the assessment for the Wellington Community Association,
Wellington Condominium residents may pay their Wellington Condominium
assessment with assessment coupon to the address noted on the coupon.
