Mailboxes Plus originally supplied the Wellington Community single family homes with standardized mailboxes and posts. They had been out of business, but we have discovered that they were sold to “Mainstreet Mailboxes”.
The new company has our builder specs on file and is available to provide replacement mailboxes and posts and also offers installation services. Their website is at: http://mainstreetmailboxes.net.

- Mailbox only $50.00
- Mailbox post $105.00
- Mailbox & Post $125.00
The replacement mailboxes and post match the original mailboxes installed by the developer and conform to U.S. Postal Service requirements.
For your reference, the Wellington Covenants contain the following guidelines regarding mailboxes:
The color of all single family detached home mailboxes shall be black. The style of all mailboxes shall be the standard rural type. Mailboxes shall be affixed to a 4-inch × 4-inch wooden post painted dark brown, with height conforming to U.S. Postal Service requirements.
Decorative mailboxes or mailbox covers will not be permitted. The installation of top mounted guides for the display of house numbers, names and/or addresses is prohibited. The display of advertising or notices of any kind on mailboxes is prohibited.
