Architectural Review Committee
The Architectural Review Committee meets the first Tuesday of each month. The function of this committee is to review and accept or reject proposed changes to the architecture of homes within the Wellington community. Any changes you wish to make to your property must be in accordance with the Wellington Community Design Standards and Guidelines and submitted using the Design Review Application below.
Completed Design Review Applications are due in the on-site office seven days prior to the committee meeting date. Applications are not reviewed at any other time during the month. Wellington residents are welcome to attend these meetings.
Covenants Violations
If you have been cited with a violation, please use the Violation Correction Form to report that the work has been done and the violation abated. If you would like to report a Covenants violation, please use the Violation Report Form.
