The Wellington Community Association Board of Directors is comprised of seven homeowners elected by the membership to conduct the business of the Association and make decisions that are in the best interest of the community. Resident input is helpful in planning events, revising our policies and procedures, and bringing your issues to the Association’s attention. If you have a suggestion, comment, or concern, don’t hesitate to let us know about it by contacting the Association Board or the Onsite Office.
Wellington is currently under the management of Sequoia Management, Inc. Our community center staff is as follows:
