Basketball Courts
There are two asphalt basketball courts available to the community. Sign-up
is not required, but a rotational system is suggested when
there is more than one group waiting to play.

Clubhouse Information
The Wellington Community Center is available for rent year-round by
Wellington homeowners. Use
of the center for fund raising and non-association business meetings is
prohibited. For information on rates, terms and availability, see the
Facility Rental Policy or call
the on-site office (703) 330-5019.

Pool Information
The pool opens the Saturday before
Memorial Day and closes on Labor Day. General pool
registration takes place on predetermined dates at the Wellington
Community Center. Pool Rules
The
pool facility includes:

Condominiums/Single Family Homes/Townhomes
The Wellington community was established in 1989. There are 1,397
homes within the community:
- 575 single-family homes
- 565 townhomes
- 257 condominiums
Sweat Equity
The
Wellington Community Association has a significant amount of land owned by
the common community. Homeowners with property adjoining these areas are
welcome to participate in landscape enhancement projects.

Tennis Courts
The tennis courts are located at the Community Center, Coriander
Circle and Butternut Circle. All tennis courts have limited access
with security locks on
the gates. Tennis court keys may be
purchased at the Wellington Community Center for $10.00 each.

Tot Lots
There are 11 Tot Lots located within the community. These tot lots are
designed to provide a safe environment for younger children to play.
They are located on Garst Drive, Calypso Drive, Coriander Circle, Caladium
Drive, Butternut Circle, Strawflower Lane, Bens Way, Lavender Flower Court,
Ponderosa Pine Court, and Felicia Court.

Bike/Walking Paths
There are miles of well-maintained paths surrounded by trees and nature
within the community.
