The Wellington Board of Directors is seeking volunteers to fill a vacancy on the Architectural Review Committee.

The Architectural Review/Covenants  Committee is tasked with; the monthly review of architectural change requests from owners, and insuring the compliance of the Wellington Community Design Standards and Guidelines.

Committee members are appointed yearly by the Board of Directors to serve a term of one year, not to exceed three years, and the members are under the direction of the ARC Chairperson.

Persons interested in serving on the committee can contact the management office for details and appointment application. The deadline for applications is September 30, 2018 .

Interested parties are encouraged to attend the Committee Meeting on Tuesday, October 2nd at 6:30 p.m. and the October Board of Directors Meeting on October 16th at 6:30 pm. All meetings are held in the Wellington Community Center. Appointment to the committee will be made at the October 16th  Board of Directors meeting.
