Proposed telecommunications facility at 9723 Dean Drive
Verizon Wireless has identified a gap in wireless coverage and capacity in your community. To address the coverage deficiencies, Verizon and Milestone Communications are exploring the possibility of installing a 134’ wireless telecommunications facility (monopole) at the City of Manassas Water Tank site (addressed 9723 Dean Drive, Manassas, VA 20110).
We have set up a project-specific website at www.DeanDriveWireless.comwith further details, photo simulations and an aerial location map. We will also be hosting an informational community meeting on July 31st in the multipurpose room (2nd floor) of the Manassas Boys & Girls Club (9501 Dean Park Lane, Manassas, VA 20110) at 7 P.M.
As part of our outreach, we have mailed over 1,000 postcard mailers to property owners in the vicinity of the proposed site. As your organization is involved in the community, we wanted to connect with you and request that you pass along this information to any interested persons or parties.
