Attention Wellington Homeowners and Residents: We have time-sensitive reminders about the pool and upcoming spring/summer inspections! Read on for this important information.
Pool:
On April 23, 2019 Pool Registration forms were mailed to all owners at their address of record. The mailing also contained the pool rules and 2019 operating hours and events. In order to access the pool for the 2019 season, you MUST submit your registration form to the Wellington Office prior to opening day- May 25, 2019. Even if you have previously received access cards, we need to have an updated form on file for your household, or your access cards will be deactivated, and you will not be permitted to use the pool. If you need a copy of the registration form/application, please contact the office at wellington@wellingtonca.org or 703-330-5019. Forms can be mailed, placed in the drop box, or delivered to staff during business hours (9-5 M-F) at the clubhouse, located at:
9700 Wellington Rd,
Manassas, VA 20110
Completed forms can also be emailed to wellington@wellingtonca.org, or faxed to (703) 331-1335.
Inspections:
We are preparing to conduct annual inspections of homes in the Wellington Community for compliance with the Rules and Regulations. Inspections will begin in mid-late May and continue throughout the summer. Please be mindful that Association representatives will be driving and walking throughout the community for the purpose of these inspections. Please take a moment to review the list below and consider the condition of your home and Lot as we move into the warmer months, so that you and your home are ready for inspection.
Some of the main items of focus for this season’s inspection cycle are:
Siding
Concrete and asphalt lead walk, porch, steps, and driveway conditions
Shutters and wood trim
We will also continuously be inspecting for routine items such as trash, grass and lawn maintenance, and stored items.
Please note that the list of potential violations as provided is not comprehensive, but highlights some of our main areas of focus for 2019. Please contact the office with any questions.
