Wellington Community Association is holding its 2019 Fall Festival on October 26th from 2pm-5pm. There will be a moon bounce, family costume contest, face painting, vendor fair, no-carve pumpkin contest (decorate your pumpkin at home and bring it to the Festival for judging – you could win a prize!), and more!
