The Wellington Community Association Board has approved an inspection contract with Community Inspection Services (CIS). The Board, Management, and CIS have been hard at work getting the community set up and ready for a successful inspection cycle with the contractor.

As 2019 initial Annual Inspections in the townhome sections conclude through the Wellington Office, we are ready to begin a new cycle of initial inspections for 2019/2020 with CIS. This begins with the single family homes located in sections 5, 7 and 14 of the community (between the Clubhouse and Jennie Dean Elementary), beginning the week of October 28th. All owners in these sections to be inspected in October/early November have been mailed a pre-inspection notice by CIS to their address of record. If you have not received it, please look for it to come to your mailbox shortly. This notice contains details regarding the inspection process, contact information for CIS, and follow-up procedures.
