Congratulations to Bill Ludwig for his winning entry.
Pipe installation and restoration in front of club house to Hendley Rd will take place in the next 12 or so days.
Winter wheat grass seed will be planted along Wellington to prevent any erosion.
Asphalt work along the walking trail and in the clubhouse parking lot will begin Monday.
Fence work surrounding the regulator (Clover Hill Rd entrance to pool) will begin in late January.
It is that time of year, and we are asking everyone to dig deep and drop off a new unwrapped toy at the Clubhouse!
The collection box will be set up in the front foyer. Thank you all in advance for your generosity!

The following are running for one of the four open seats on the Wellington Community Association Board of Directors.

Ballots will be mailed to all homeowners address of record with the association no later than Friday, November 16th, 2018.
Ballots are due by the close of business on Friday,December 14th, 2018. Please make sure your ballot is filled out correctly and signed. The election results will be announced at the annual meeting on December 18, 2018.
