2019/2020 Annual Inspection Cycle Starts Week of October 28th

The Wellington Community Association Board has approved an inspection contract with Community Inspection Services (CIS). The Board, Management, and CIS have been hard at work getting the community set up and ready for a successful inspection cycle with the contractor.

As 2019 initial Annual Inspections in the townhome sections conclude through the Wellington Office, we are ready to begin a new cycle of initial inspections for 2019/2020 with CIS. This begins with the single family homes located in sections 5, 7 and 14 of the community (between the Clubhouse and Jennie Dean Elementary), beginning the week of October 28th. All owners in these sections to be inspected in October/early November have been mailed a pre-inspection notice by CIS to their address of record. If you have not received it, please look for it to come to your mailbox shortly. This notice contains details regarding the inspection process, contact information for CIS, and follow-up procedures. As always, if you have any questions about the contract or process, please contact the office directly.  We look forward to working with CIS and with you to make Wellington a more beautiful place in which to reside harmoniously with our neighbors!

Pool Open Tomorrow and Sunday! (September 7th and 8th)

Attention Wellington Residents and Members:

The pool will be open this weekend!

The hours are:

Saturday, September 7th, from 11am-9pm

Sunday, September 8th, from 11am-8pm.

Originally, the pool closed on Labor Day at 8pm. However, the pool closed for the day on Sunday, September 1st, due to a chemical issue. In order to make up the lost time,  the Board has worked diligently to negotiate this additional weekend of service, which comes at no cost to the Association. We hope you can make it out to enjoy our final weekend of the season!
