The Wellington Community Association will be hosting an adult Sip and Dip at the pool on Saturday, August 10, 2019. The pool will be closing at 6:00pm on the date of the event, and will reopen at 7:00pm to adults age 21 and over. We look forward to seeing you there!

On August 1, 2019, CINC Systems will begin charging homeowners who are using the CINC Systems homeowner portal a $1.99 fee per transaction for one-time or recurring eCheck payments. This is not a fee assessed by Wellington or Sequoia Management Company. It is being assessed by CINC, a 3rd party system. There are ways to avoid this fee. The Wellington HOA Office, located at 9700 Wellington Road will be closed on July 4th, 2019, in observance of Independence Day. The office will be open on Friday, July 5th, 2019, from 9:00am-12:00pm only.
