TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE FREE ADVERTISING AND CLEAR OUT THOSE UNWANTED AND UNUSED ITEMS STORED IN YOUR ATTIC, BASEMENT, AND YOUR GARAGE.

Directional signs and arrows will be allowed however; they must be removed at the end of the sale.

The City of Manassas has begun updating its Comprehensive Plan, the City’s key policy document for land use, development, preservation and related economic and social issues. The Comprehensive Plan will lead us toward a more livable Manassas. But to get there, we need your help!

Throughout the summer and fall, we will be hosting a second round of Community Conversations (public input meetings) on key topic areas, like land use, parks and transportation.

Wellington Community Association will host a Community Conversation on October 17th, 2018 at the Community Center 9700 Wellington Road.

Conversation will kick off at 7:oo pm

The Wellington Board of Directors is seeking volunteers to fill five vacancies on the Architectural Review Committee. These will be one-year terms.

The Architectural Review/Covenants  Committee is tasked with; the monthly review of architectural change requests from owners, and insuring the compliance of the Wellington Community Design Standards and Guidelines.

Committee members are appointed yearly by the Board of Directors and are under the direction of the ARC Chairperson.

Persons interested in serving on the committee can contact the management office for details.

The deadline for applications is September 30, 2018 .

Interested parties are encouraged to attend the October Board of Directors Meeting on October 16th at 6:30 pm. All meetings are held in the Wellington Community Center. Appointment to the committee will be made at the October 16th  Board of Directors meeting.

The Wellington Community Association onsite office will be closed Monday, September 3^rd so we may enjoy the Holiday with our friends and families. We will re-open Tuesday, September 4^th at 9:00 am.

The Board of Directors has determined that they will offer early bird specials for 2019 Non Resident Pool Memberships. The number of memberships sold will once again be capped at 100.

Pricing will be as follows:

$550 until 15 October

$600 16 October – February 28

$700 1 March 2019

*REMINDER*        The pool will open at 3:00 pm on Saturday, July 28th.
