Holiday Decorating Contest

Here’s how it works:

Decorate the outside of your house for the Holiday.

Send us an email with your address to be judged.

Categories are:

• The Clark Griswold Award for the Brightest Home
• The Martha Stewart Award for the Most Elegant Home
• The Picasso Award for the Most Creative Home
• The Jim Carrey Award for the Wackiest Home
• Grand Prize and Best Overall Award

Wellington Community and Condo Association Members:

A portion of profits this past year has been set to refund to all homeowners equally (Condos, Townhomes and Single Family homes). The credit will be issued and deposited into your Association account in December.  Contact the office with questions at 703.330.5019. All homeowners will receive a notice via regular mail which will show the credit amount.

From Friday, December 1st, through and including Friday, December 29th, the on site office will close at noon on Fridays for the Winter Holiday Season.

Updated and Confirmed: December 23, 2017 2:00-6:00 PM be on the lookout for SANTA throughout WELLINGTON.

For a chance to win a ride with Santa, visit the office starting December 1st and donate either 10 canned goods for SERVE or two Toys for TOYS FOR TOTS, which will enter you in a raffle to win a ride in the carriage with Santa (two children and guardian/parent) and our Elf on the shelf.
