Pool Pool Party … Dogs may swim Saturday, September 15th from noon until 5 pm. We are not allowing recreational swimming.
To help contain our pups we will use the old entry through the locker rooms to avoid open gates and fast dogs 😉 All dogs must be current on their rabies vaccines, please email copies of current documents to lmulloy@wellingtonca.org.
Anyone who brings their dog is responsible for whatever happens not the association.
ARC – Work Session – Guidelines Review
The ARC will be conducting a work session on Wednesday, September 26th at 5:00 pm for the annual review of the Wellington Design Standards and Guidelines.
Homeowners are encouraged to email suggested revisions to lmulloy@wellingtonca.org for the Committee to consider.
This will take place at the Community Center located at 9700 Wellington Road.
Just a reminder that there isn’t an open forum for discussion from the community but community members are welcome to attend.
The Wellington Board of Directors is seeking volunteers to fill a vacancy on the Architectural Review Committee.
The Architectural Review/Covenants Committee is tasked with; the monthly review of architectural change requests from owners, and insuring the compliance of the Wellington Community Design Standards and Guidelines.
Committee members are appointed yearly by the Board of Directors to serve a term of one year, not to exceed three years, and the members are under the direction of the ARC Chairperson.
Persons interested in serving on the committee can contact the management office for details and appointment application. The deadline for applications is September 30, 2018 .
Interested parties are encouraged to attend the Committee Meeting on Tuesday, October 2nd at 6:30 p.m. and the October Board of Directors Meeting on October 16th at 6:30 pm. All meetings are held in the Wellington Community Center. Appointment to the committee will be made at the October 16th Board of Directors meeting.
