Reminder – 2019 Spring Egg Hunt!

You’re invited to Wellington Community Association’s 2019 Spring Egg Hunt!  In addition to our egg-citing egg hunt, there will be a Moonbounce, treats, and a visit from a very special bunny.  Grab your baskets and head over to the Wellington Clubhouse on Saturday afternoon, we hope to see you there!

A reminder to parents and guardians:  The eggs contain a variety of spring candy, some of which may contain peanuts and/or tree nuts.  We are also still looking for adult volunteers to assist with putting on this fun event. If you or someone you know is interested in volunteering, please contact the office at wellington@wellingtonca.org. Thank you!

New Onsite Manager to begin April 1st

Please join us in welcoming Taylor Vasicek, CMCA®, AMS ® as Wellington’s new On-site Manager.

Taylor is excited to begin managing Wellington Community Association on April 1, 2019!

Taylor comes from a dual role as a portfolio community manager of eleven Associations throughout Northern Virginia, and as a consultant for developers of new communities. She has nearly five years of professional management experience and is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), and an Association Management Specialist (AMS).  She began her career in community management in an administrative and accounting role for a Northern VA based management company, and has experience with all aspects of the industry, from the ground up. This allowed her to develop a uniquely objective outlook, and influences her moderate, measured approach.  Taylor has managed commercial, residential, and mixed-use Associations, both large and small. Her background is anchored in association finance – specifically, financial analysis and planning.

Thanks to her previous experience, she thoroughly understands the multifaceted nature of community management.   Taylor believes that being able to see the big picture, while juggling the little details, is key to successful community association management. She will be a valuable and consistent resource for the Board of Directors, owners, and residents. It is important to her that she address the needs of community members promptly and champion community education, involvement and outreach. Taylor also understands that your home is likely your biggest investment. She will work with the Board of Directors and community to plan and build a strong future for the Association that will preserve that investment for years to come.

Taylor is a Northern Virginia native and grew up in Manassas. She currently working towards a degree in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University and looks forward to continuing her professional development by attaining her PCAM designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) in the future.

Taylor looks forward to providing excellent service to Wellington!
