On Tuesday, February 19th, 2019 the Wellington Board made a motion to repeal the addition of paddock style fences to the Wellington Community Design Standards & Guidelines. Homeowners who have submitted applications previously will be “grandfathered” in.
Moving forward only Split Rail Style fences will be permitted for Single Family Home fences.

Due to current inclement weather the Wellington Community Association offices will have a delayed opening. We are hoping to have the office opened by 11am. We are always available by emailing wellington@wellingtonca.org.
In response to the snow/ice in the forecast for Tuesday night into Wednesday morning the contractor for the community will be pre-treating the roads in the townhouse sections. In addition, If the snow accumulates more than 2 inches on Wednesday the contractor is prepared to begin plowing.
As always, the streets in the single family areas are owned and maintained by the Manassas City street department in the city and by VDOT in the county areas of the community. They provide separate snow clearing operations from the community’s privately owned streets.
We understand the Government shutdown is affecting a lot of people. If you have questions/concerns regarding your Association dues , please contact the on-site office directly for guidance.
Wellington Community will be pretreating it’s private roads Friday Dec. 11th, 2019 in advance of possible winter weather into the weekend. This applies to our Town-home sections only. Other roadways/parking areas are Manassas City, Prince William County or Condo Association owned.
