Resident Forum –A resident forum is recommended for all meetings. In order to run an effective and efficient meeting, all residents should hold their inquiries and comments until they are formally recognized by an officer of the Board who is facilitating the meeting. It is also recommended that all residents be recognized, and a time limit established for forum [suggested 3 minutes per resident – maximum].

At the Board of Directors meeting held on March 19th, 2019, the board voted to raise the cost of Clubhouse Rentals to $200, with no deposit required.
Rentals are available: Weekdays 6 – 11pm, and Weekends from 12-5pm OR 6-11pm at a cost of $200.
Full day weekend Rentals are also available from 12-11pm at a cost of $400.
Rental availability is limited and dates book quickly, so try to contact the office as far in advance as possible in order to secure your desired date.
