The following are running for one of the four open seats on the Wellington Community Association Board of Directors.

Ballots will be mailed to all homeowners address of record with the association no later than Friday, November 16th, 2018.

Ballots are due by the close of business on Friday,December 14th, 2018. Please make sure your ballot is filled out correctly and signed.  The election results will be announced at the annual meeting on December 18, 2018.

Board of Directors Work Session

The Board of Directors will have a work session on Monday, November 5, 2018 at 6:30 pm for the annual review of the budget.

This will take place at the Community Center located at 9700 Wellington Road.

Just a reminder that there isn’t an open forum for discussion from the community but community members are welcome to attend

Columbia Gas Project Update

We have been advised that the work in front of the Clubhouse should be completed by the end of November

The Board of Directors has been working closely with the project supervisor to make sure that Wellington property is restored/returned in acceptable condition.
